Job Description

1st shift opportunity – Monday to Friday from 8am-4:30pm. Must be available for OT as needed

Competitive hourly rate at $19.00/hr.

Data entry for incoming and outgoing shipments

Updating order statuses in our system

Keeping accurate log sheets, scanning inventory, and conducting counts

Interacting with vendors and drivers in a professional manner

Monitoring inventory levels and placing restock orders as needed

Handling customer inquiries and providing updates on order status

Organizing and filing shipment documentation

Assisting with shipping and receiving tasks as required

Ensuring all shipments are properly labeled and prepared for transport

Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and on-time deliveries

High school diploma or equivalent

1+ year of clerical experience combined with basic computer skills

Strong attention to detail and time-management skills

Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory management preferred
