RECEIVING CLE

This position is temporary with an opportunity to be hired full-time.

**Location: **Alsip, IL

Pay Rate: $22.85

**Schedule/Shift Details **

7:30 am to 4:00 pm plus overtime and weekends as needed

**Position Summary: **

The Receiving Clerk supports daily manufacturing operations by accurately receiving, inspecting, and documenting incoming raw materials, components, and supplies. This plays a key role in maintaining accurate inventory and keeping production running efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming materials against purchase orders and packing lists

• Verify part numbers, quantities, and condition of received materials.

• Perform ERP receiving transactions and assign inventory locations accurately

• Ensure received materials are delivered to the correct location on personnel

• Work with Purchasing and other departments to resolve receiving discrepancies

• Support receipt of outside process parts and finished goods.

**Qualifications: **

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Sit-Down Forklift experience is required

• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

• Proficiency with ERP systems and basic computer applications, ability to learn SAP, shipping, and inventory platforms. (SAP experience is a plus).

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Eligibility: Active employees with one year of work and during that one year has completed 1,000 hours of service and is at least 21 years of age.? Entry dates into the 401(k) are:? 1/1 or 7/1 following the one year of service and completing 1,000 hours of work.

The company will match 100% of the first 3% of the employee contribution.? As well as, match 50% of the next 2% of the employee contribution. (The company contribution/match maximum is 4%)
