As a key member of our fabrication facility, you will play an essential role in producing high-quality rebar products. Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and assembly of rebar per specifications.
• Support the fabrication team in cutting, bending, and tying rebar as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to promote a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Must have rebar experience
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in rebar fabrication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in construction or fabrication is a plus, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
