Stand-Up Reach Truck Operator – Cary, IL

Our client located in Cary, IL is seeking an experienced Stand-Up Reach Truck Operator to join their 1st and 2nd shift teams. This is a long-term opportunity with strong potential for permanent hire for dependable, hardworking individuals.

Pay

• 1st Shift: $19.00/hour
• 2nd Shift: $19.50/hour

Schedule

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Pick orders within the warehouse
• Operate a stand-up reach truck to transport materials
• Move items to staging areas for shipment
• Locate and retrieve pallets from racks and floor locations
• Scan and verify items to fulfill orders accurately

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of stand-up reach truck experience required
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic math and counting skills
