Responsibilities

• Operate reach truck forklifts to move, locate, and stack products in designated areas.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and containers with precision and care.
• Conduct regular inspections of the forklift to ensure it is in safe working condition.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock counts as needed.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to promote a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management promptly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid forklift operator certification, specifically for reach trucks.
• Proven experience operating reach trucks in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
