Responsibilities

Operate reach trucks and other forklifts to move, stack, and organize products in the warehouse.
Load and unload materials from delivery trucks and containers.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts as needed.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to create a safe working environment.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Valid forklift operator certification, specifically for reach trucks.
Previous experience operating reach trucks in a warehouse setting is highly desirable.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, if necessary.
