Responsibilities

• Operate reach trucks and other forklifts to move, stack, and organize products in the warehouse.
• Load and unload materials from delivery trucks and containers.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to create a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid forklift operator certification, specifically for reach trucks.
• Previous experience operating reach trucks in a warehouse setting is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, if necessary.
