We are seeking a skilled Reach Forklift Operator to join our dynamic team in Norristown, PA, 19401. Responsibilities

• Operate reach forklifts to move, locate, and stack products within the warehouse.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and containers.
• Ensure the accuracy of inventory by conducting regular cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to management.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift certification, specifically for reach forklifts.
• Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.

You should be proficient in:

• OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10)
• Shipping/Receiving
• Distribution Experience
• Forklift Licensed
• Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
• FedEx Ship Manager
