Qualifications
Proactive and passionate about learning (training and coursework)
We need an engineer drawn to creative problem solving and innovative solutions
We need someone who will investigate process anomalies, root cause analysis, data manipulation, and correlations
We desire someone ready to learn and apply basic Data Science and Data Manipulation (scripting, coding, or programming)
The shown ability to innovate and drive effective change in an energizing environment
Demonstrated combination of flexibility and tenacity in the pursuit of goals
Excellent technical, communication, and analytical skills
Good verbal and written English communication skills
Preference for experience with metrology or inspection related to EUV processing
Responsibilities
Reviewing and analyzing experimental process flows looking for defect anomalies and quarantining process tools that are out of control
Possess a continuous improvement process (CIP) demeanor, looking for ways to improve operations, and how to make a difference today!
Recognize, identify, and raise awareness of process anomalies with the motivation of "who needs to know this now!"
We want our engineers to use inline process signals to drive process improvements
Work with new inspection tools and strategies to drive towards earlier detection of problems and identify the sources
Build and improve upon techniques and identify new ways to use existing tools in order to identify relevant process issues
We expect active participation in technical meetings and then synthesize from it new opportunities or novel approaches
Collaborate with the global network to develop best known methods and maintain alignment between sites
Education
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, or related field accepted.
Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, or related field or 2-5 years semiconductor experience preferred..
