About the Role

We are seeking an experienced RF Engineer to join our growing team. This individual will play a key technical role supporting the design, simulation, testing, and production of complex RF and millimeter‑wave components. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in RF design, thrives in a hands‑on engineering environment, and enjoys collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering

• 5–7+ years of professional experience in RF design and engineering

• Experience with HFSS, SolidWorks and Design for Manufacture

• Strong foundation in 3D electromagnetic simulation, RF circuit analysis, RF propagation, RF measurements, and linear/non‑linear systems

• RF antenna measurement experience, including beam patterns, EIRP, and gain

• Background in designing RF/microwave passive circuits

• Experience working in an ISO production environment

• Laboratory experience with high‑speed RF measurement equipment

• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively

• Ability to function within multivendor network environments

• Experience supporting system integration, testing, and development of complex communication systems

• Ability to create hardware requirements and test plans

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical liaison between engineering and production teams during the build of complex RF components

• Design, simulate, and test mm‑wave phased array antennas and other antenna systems

• Mentor and support junior engineers through design and development tasks

• Develop test plans and lead Design Verification Testing initiatives

• Interface with customers, sales, and marketing to discuss new requirements or product inquiries

• Support strategic BD objectives, implementing a first-principles conceptual design framework for disruptive technology, setting performance goals, project timelines, and budget planning

• Build and test prototypes, ensuring smooth transition into production

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex system issues; collaborate with engineering teams
