Responsibilities

• Assemble and install rack and stack systems according to specifications and best practices.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on existing systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project timelines and deliverables.
• Document installation processes and maintenance activities for future reference.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
• Provide technical support and training to team members as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in rack and stack installations or similar technical roles.
• Strong understanding of networking and server hardware.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
