🕓 Full-Time | Onsite with 80% Travel
As a Regional Field Service Technician, you’ll bring hands-on expertise to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electric submersible pump systems and control units in the field. You’ll work closely with customers, travel to various locations, and ensure our equipment is running smoothly—all while upholding a safety-first culture.
Diagnose and repair submersible pump systems and control units (PLCs)
Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections
Maintain accurate records and manage parts inventory
Work independently or as part of a team across multiple sites
Interface directly with customers—be their go-to problem solver!
2+ years of hands-on electrical and mechanical experience (pumps a big plus!)electrical and mechanical experi
High School diploma or GED
80% travel flexibility (including some overnight travel)
Clean driving record + ability to obtain DOT Medical Card & other clearances
Strong troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills
Self-starter with strong critical thinking
Team player with a can-do attitude
