Position: Senior Field Service Technician

Location: Shakopee, Minnesota (Onsite)

Type: Full-Time

What You'll Do:

• Manage the installation, service, and maintenance of our cutting-edge water purification equipment.
• Utilize a company service vehicle to serve our Light Industries Division, covering the surrounding area.
• Embrace opportunities for overtime, on-call rotations, and occasional weekend shifts.
• Receive equipment-specific training, with a readiness to mentor and train the right colleagues.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of technical experience, especially in industrial or commercial process water, is ideal.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and smart devices.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to identify and resolve safety concerns.
• Ability to pass all required screenings and maintain a clean driving record.
