Lead Forklift Operator - 2nd Shift  

Compensation & Schedule:

$18.50 - $26.50 

Full-Time | Monday- Friday | 300p-1130p – Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise a crew of 4-8 people 
• Safely operate Forklifts and Reach Lifts in a clean climate-controlled warehouse environment.
• Load & unload trucks, van trailers, and containers with inventory safely and efficiently.
• Pick, Pack, and Quality Control Responsibilities for Customer Orders – accurate & on-time order fulfillment.
• Utilize technology/tablets to accurately enter and relieve inventory from the Warehouse Management System.
• Perform accurate counts of products for precise inventory results.
• Other duties and responsibilities as required. 

Position Requirements:  

• Forklift and Reach Lift experience in a warehouse/distribution operation
• 2-5 years’ supervisory/leadership experience
• Warehouse Management System experience preferred.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50# 
• Reliable transportation and the ability to work scheduled shifts as required.
