We are a full-service manufacturing company offering:

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with manufacturing experience who takes pride in their work and enjoys being involved in improving quality and supporting production.

Experience in sheet metal fabrication, structural fabrication, welding, machining, or manufacturing quality inspection is a plus.

Position Summary

The Quality Technician will work closely with Production, Engineering, and Management to help ensure parts and assemblies meet customer requirements and company quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections

• Read and interpret blueprints and customer drawings

• Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and height gauges

• Verify dimensions, weld quality, and overall workmanship

• Document inspection results and maintain quality records

• Assist with customer quality concerns and corrective actions

• Support PPAP, FAI, and customer documentation requirements as needed

• Help identify opportunities for quality and process improvements

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred

• Sheet metal fabrication and/or structural fabrication experience preferred

• Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings

• Basic computer skills

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Candidates should be comfortable using common measuring tools. Basic measurement skills will be evaluated during the interview process.

• Quality inspection

• Welding or fabrication

• ISO 9001 environments

• GD&T

• PPAP documentation
