Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Technician II to join our team in Bennington, VT. Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Document and report inspection results, identifying any non-conformities and working with the team to implement corrective actions.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of quality control procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with production teams to provide guidance on quality standards and best practices.
- Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving initiatives to enhance product quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and quality regulations.
- Support training initiatives for new team members on quality assurance processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in a related field is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficient in using measurement and testing equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
