We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our team at our CoPacking Facility in Payson, UT. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. Responsibilities

Completing Quality testing forms and sending out samples to third party labs
Uploading complete COA results to Work Orders
Performing pre-production checks
Executing lot release processes
Conducting in-process checks during production
Verifying that every line’s lot code is clear and matches paperwork, SKU, and pouch
Ensuring production batch records (physical and digital) are accurate and aligned
Organizing and storing physical batch records
Ensuring our facility operates in compliance with all certifications

Qualifications

Strong English communication skills (bilingual is a plus)
Excellent verbal and written communication
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational habits
Ability to work independently and meet business deadlines
Strong technical skills, including experience with inventory software, Excel, and email systems
