Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our team at our CoPacking Facility in Payson, UT. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. Responsibilities

• Completing Quality testing forms and sending out samples to third party labs
• Uploading complete COA results to Work Orders
• Performing pre-production checks
• Executing lot release processes
• Conducting in-process checks during production
• Verifying that every line’s lot code is clear and matches paperwork, SKU, and pouch
• Ensuring production batch records (physical and digital) are accurate and aligned
• Organizing and storing physical batch records
• Ensuring our facility operates in compliance with all certifications

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills (bilingual is a plus)
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational habits
• Ability to work independently and meet business deadlines
• Strong technical skills, including experience with inventory software, Excel, and email systems
