Job Overview:
**Company is seeking a Quality Inspector to join their team! **This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in quality inspection, blueprint reading, and precision measuring tools. Key duties and responsibilities may include:
Perform inspections of incoming materials, first piece, in process production, and finished parts & complete all required records and paperwork to include inspection reports.
Aid in development of quality and inspection plans from design drawings meeting company requirements for ISO 13485.
Program and operate Vision System inspection machines. Utilize tools such as calipers, micrometers, rulers, and gauges.
Analyze and interpret blueprints. Determine gauge and fixture requirements.
Identify Corrective and Preventative Actions. Assist in development and implementation of procedures and controls to promote efficient lean operations.
Recognize, report, and correct errors.
Conduct one on one training of quality procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
HS Diploma or equivalent. Quality Certificate or associate's degree in quality is a plus but not required.
3+ years of related quality experience and prior manufacturing experience.
MUST have ISO 13485 experience.
Ability to use inspection tools, read and interpret technical drawings/blueprints.
Computer skills with experience in MS Office. Keyence, and Micro Vu, are a plus.
Strong attention to detail, problem solving skills, math skills, communication, and teamwork abilities.
Job Specifications:
Pay Range: $20-24/hour DOE
Shift(s): 1st shift
Hours: 7am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday
