Express Employment Professionals is working with a manufacturing company in Viroqua, Wisconsin and is look to hire a quality technician.

Job Title: Quality Technician

Hours and Wages:5A-3P or 6A-4P Monday-Thursday

Only work one Friday every 3 weeks

$20-$25/hour

**Job Duties: **

• Component and assembled part dimensional inspection in accordance with the part drawing

• Finished goods audit

• Line Romer for quality concerns

• Weld integrity testing, section, polish, and analyze

• Support / Engage of deviations

• Support Calibration system (inspection, test equipment, functional gages)

• Strong Team environment

• Complete capability studies on critical, major and minor characteristics

• Program development in PPAP principles and practices

• Document & record data collected on inspection forms legibly

• Keep work area safe and clean (5S – Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardize, Sustain)

• Promote quality workmanship that meets and/or exceeds customer expectations

• Assist with Housekeeping in NCM area

• Support Operations with NCMR process, inspect parts

• Assist NCM area with material handling, inventory, non-standard jobs etc.

• Perform other duties as directed by Manager

Qualifications Needed:

Have experience working in a quality lab or some quality training in a school program
