- Effectively work with other associates in the department to promote team spirit.
- Performs quality audits of products, procedures and operations to assure compliance of established quality and manufacturing standards.
- Documents and reports results of dock audits.
- Assist in the preparation of statistical data in quality, productivity and scrap.
- Assist in tracking of internal failure regarding cause and corrective action.
- Controls special quality projects as assigned.
- Informs supervisor of quality related problems.
- Calibration of equipment.
- Assist in the performance of documentation of rework as needed.
- Conduct inventory of hold inventory and non-conforming areas (weekly).
- Perform other job related duties as assigned by supervisor.

- Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs.
- Required to regularly; stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear, sit, climb, and balance.
- Frequent bending and stooping.
- Specific vision ability required includes close and color vison.
- Hazards are those normally associated with a plant position and include: noise levels above 85 decibels, warm building temperature during mid-summer months.
- Personal and product safety requirements for the plant include: hearing protection, safety glasses and safety shoes.
