Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our team in Statesville, NC. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and tests on products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality metrics.
• Identify and report any defects or non-conformities in products.
• Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and improve processes.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of quality control procedures.
• Participate in internal audits and support external audits as needed.
• Stay updated on industry standards and best practices in quality assurance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in quality assurance is a plus.
• Proven experience in a quality technician or similar role.
• Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.

You should be proficient in:

• GD&T
• Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)
• Blueprint Reading

Machines & technologies you'll use:

• Calipers and Micrometers
