Shifts:- Shift 1: 7:00am – 3:00pm
- Shift 2: 3:00pm – 11:00pm
**Pay Range:
**$17.00 - $25.00/hour (depending on skills and experience)
**Shift Differential:
**+$1.00/hour for 2nd shift

Key Responsibilities
- Inspect products and materials to verify compliance with specifications and quality standards
- Analyze inspection and testing results to detect patterns, inconsistencies, or deviations from standards
- Recommend corrective actions to improve product and process quality
- Operate and calibrate precision gauging instruments and inspection tools
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and company quality procedures
- Record inspection data and prepare detailed reports for internal teams and leadership
- Maintain and organize inspection equipment and ensure proper calibration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes
- Follow all safety, environmental, and 5S (Sort, Set, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) guidelines
- Support ongoing continuous improvement efforts in quality and efficiency
- Perform other duties as assigned to support team and business needs

- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, work instructions, and inspection protocols
- Experience with precision gauging tools and calibration techniques

Qualifications (Required)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
Experience: 2–4 years in quality control, quality assurance, or a similar role in a manufacturing environment
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Required to stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to push/pull objects up to 50 pounds.
- Frequent bending and stooping required.
- Must have the dexterity to handle small objects.
- Must be able to work in noisy environments.
