**Quality Technician

**Job Overview
**
We are seeking a Quality Technician to support quality assurance activities within a regulated manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality control, manufacturing, laboratory testing, or a related field. This role is responsible for inspecting materials and products, performing quality checks, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.
The Quality Technician will work closely with production teams to identify quality issues, support continuous improvement efforts, and maintain high standards for product safety and reliability.
**Key Responsibilities
**
Perform inspections, testing, sampling, and evaluations of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
Review quality data and documentation to ensure products meet established specifications and standards.
Support product certification and release activities.
Assist with quality investigations, complaint handling, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action), and non-conforming material processes.
Perform calibration checks and maintain quality equipment records.
Communicate quality requirements and standards with production operators.
Assist production teams in identifying and resolving quality concerns.
Maintain accurate records and documentation according to ISO and regulatory requirements.
Follow all safety procedures while working in a manufacturing and laboratory environment.
**Required Qualifications
**
High school diploma or GED required.
Associate degree in Chemistry, Science, or a related field preferred.
Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Previous experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Laboratory, or Inspection roles preferred.
Experience working in regulated industries such as life sciences, food & beverage, aerospace, or similar environments is highly preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and documentation requirements.
**Physical Requirements
**
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks.
Comfortable working in both factory and laboratory environments.
Must follow safety guidelines when working around chemicals, temperature variations, and moving equipment.
**Work Environment
**
This position is based in a manufacturing and laboratory setting where safety, quality, and attention to detail are top priorities. The Quality Technician will support a team focused on maintaining high-quality standards for products and processes.
