Walk the production floor to collect raw and finished product samples for testing.
Perform visual and dimensional inspections and record findings accurately.
Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures to verify product specifications.
Document results, maintain test data, and support non-conformance reporting.
Work side-by-side with experienced quality technicians and receive on-the-job training in a fast-paced, high-output production setting.
6 months–1 year of quality or inspection experience (any manufacturing industry).
Strong proficiency with measurement tools like calipers, micrometers, tensile testers, tape measures, etc.
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and ability to work independently in a high-speed environment.
A go-getter attitude in someone who takes pride in accuracy, ownership, and personal growth.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience with flexible packaging, plastics, or printing is a big plus, but not required.
Training provided on day shift for the first few weeks.
Rotating schedule offers built-in long weekends every other week.
