What You’ll Do

  • Walk the production floor to collect raw and finished product samples for testing.

  • Perform visual and dimensional inspections and record findings accurately.

  • Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures to verify product specifications.

  • Document results, maintain test data, and support non-conformance reporting.

  • Work side-by-side with experienced quality technicians and receive on-the-job training in a fast-paced, high-output production setting.

What We’re Looking For

  • 6 months–1 year of quality or inspection experience (any manufacturing industry).

  • Strong proficiency with measurement tools like calipers, micrometers, tensile testers, tape measures, etc.

  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and ability to work independently in a high-speed environment.

  • A go-getter attitude in someone who takes pride in accuracy, ownership, and personal growth.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience with flexible packaging, plastics, or printing is a big plus, but not required.
