Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality metrics.
• Identify and report any non-conformance issues, and work with production teams to implement corrective actions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols.
• Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality assurance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in quality control or assurance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficient in using measurement tools and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and ISO standards is a plus.
