Join our dynamic team in New Berlin, WI, as a 3rd Shift Quality Technician! In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. Overview

As a Quality Technician, you will be responsible for checks and inspects in-coming materials, in-process and finished products, ensuring conformance to company quality standards and customer specifications .

Responsibilities

• Interpret detailed blueprints, work orders, engineering specifications, and routing sheets to determine production standards and tolerance limits.
• Troubleshoot print and bill of materials problems.
• Perform inspection on first piece, in process, purchased part and finished material and products, ensuring conformance to specifications.
• Perform routine quality audits by following the work instructions.
• Complete all required records and paperwork to include inspection reports, damage reports, return reports, and re-work orders.
• Communicate with plant supervision noted deviations of tolerances and quality.
• Assist with ISIR, and PPAP activities as needed

Qualifications

• This is a 3rd Shift 10pm to 7am
• Enjoy 12% shift premium
• Minimum of 2 to 5 years of Metal Manufacturing experience in a fast pace machining environment
• Previous Experience as a Quality Technician in a manufacturing setting is Required
• CMM is experience is plus
• Attention to detail is required
• Certification of quality control is a strong advantage ( ISO 9000)
• Experience and ability to read multiple gauges, dials, and other indicators
• Regular lifting of parts up to 30# with frequent walking, bending and reaching

• CNC Lathe (2-4 axis)
