Position Summary:
The Quality Technician is responsible for performing quality inspections, testing, and documentation to ensure that products meet established standards and specifications. This role supports the Quality Department by monitoring and improving quality processes, identifying issues, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The Quality Technician works closely with production teams to ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.

Skills and Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in a quality control or quality assurance role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with quality inspection tools, gauges, and testing equipment.
Knowledge of quality control procedures, including inspection, testing, and documentation.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with quality software and production tracking tools.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Work Environment: Manufacturing floor with exposure to industrial equipment, noise, and varying temperatures.
Physical Demands: Active role requiring frequent standing, walking, bending, and occasional lifting of materials or equipment (up to 50 pounds).
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, with flexibility for extended hours or weekends as needed to support production demands.
Travel: Minimal travel may be required, primarily for training or inter-facility coordination.
