Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Technican to join our team in Manchester, NH. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products. If you have a passion for quality assurance we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Conduct visual inspections of components and assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) and document findings accurately.

• Verify certificates of compliance

• Utilize GD&T principles to interpret and balloon engineering drawings and models

• Simple CMM programming

• Manage tool and gages callibration

• Engage in Root Cause Analysis to identify and resolve quality issues.

• Implement and maintain AS9100 Quality Systems and AS9102 standards.

• Mentors/Trains level I quality technician

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (required)

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment (required)

• Experience as a Quality Inspector or similar role in a manufacturing environment (required)

• Proven understanding of GD&T and its application in quality inspection (required)

• Knowledge of AS9100 Quality Systems and AS9102 standards (required)

• Experience operating/programming Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), preferably Hexagon brand (preferred)

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds (required)

• Must have good hand eye coordination and dexterity (required)

• Must have sense of sight (not color blind), hearing and touch (required)

• US Citizen or Green Card Holder (required)
