Job Description

Position Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our products meet rigorous quality standards throughout the production process. You will be responsible for conducting inspections, performing tests, and analyzing data to identify and address quality issues, helping drive the overall efficiency and success of production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspection & Testing:

Conduct inspections of materials, components, and finished products to verify they meet established specifications. Use a range of measuring instruments and testing equipment to ensure accuracy.

• Documentation & Reporting:

Record and track inspection data, maintaining detailed and up-to-date reports on product quality for quality control purposes.

• Problem Solving & Troubleshooting:

Identify defects or issues during inspections and collaborate with production teams to resolve problems quickly and efficiently.

• Physical Demands:

This role requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in various production environments. Occasional lifting and carrying of materials or equipment may be required. Ability to handle physical tasks and lift materials, including items weighing up to 50 pounds, as needed throughout the workday.

Qualifications:

• Experience:

Prior experience in quality control or assurance is preferred. Proficient in using measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges)

• Attention to Detail:

Strong ability to detect defects, inconsistencies, and deviations from product specifications.

Hours – Monday – Thursday 6:00 am – 4:30 pm

• Quality Control Experience
• Blueprint Reading
