Job Description

Seeking a **hands-on Quality Technician **to support the Quality Control team and Production staff in a manufacturing environment.

This role is focused on inspecting product, identifying defects, documenting findings, and communicating repair or rework needs directly to production.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect product using customer and internally generated drawings
• Read and interpret blueprints for product inspection
• Read both standard and metric tape measures accurately
• Detect defects and communicate repair needs to production staff
• Create inspection reports and maintain quality documentation
• Use inspection equipment including calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, and related tools
• Support manufacturing, customer, and supplier quality issue resolution
• Manage multiple inspection tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

Required Qualifications

• Relevant manufacturing or quality inspection experience
• Blueprint reading required
• Ability to read standard and metric measurements
• Experience using basic inspection tools
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Comfortable working in a production floor environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong computer skills
• Experience in fabrication, metal manufacturing, or production quality
