Hall Industries, Inc. is currently looking for a full-time qualified Quality Technician for its Ellwood City, PA. location.

• Provide quality and technical guidance.

• Solve the day-to-day quality problems to encompass all parts, products and processes to improve quality. Involve the affected departments, coordinate and report solutions.

• Provide guidance to others in establishing quality control techniques for determining, maintaining, and improving the quality of manufacturing operations.

• Inspect parts or product (using measuring tools, mechanical, and electrical equipment) as required for manufacturing procedures and processes; document and report results.

• Ensure that QC documents are processed and filed with corresponding job files.

• Provide production support

• Ensure that processes and policies adhere to ISO 9001 and 13485 standards.

**Qualifications:

**

**

• Minimum 2-year experience as quality control in a manufacturing setting

• Ability to interpret part drawings and tolerances

• Knowledge of QMS and ISO 9001 & 13485 standards or related Quality system environment

• Knowledge and use of various inspection tools such as micrometers and calipers

• High School Diploma

**Desired Skills:

**

• Magnetic Particle Testing experience including certification

• Internal auditing experience

**Schedule:

• Monday - Friday

• Day shift 7:00am-3:30pm (varies if working overtime)

• Occasional optional Saturdays 5:00am-1:00pm
