Day shift position to meet your scheduling needs (7:00 am start time)
Competitive hourly wage ranging between $22-$25/hr. based on experience

Create and implement methods for examination, inspection, measurement, and testing of materials used in manufacturing.
Collect, analyze, and distribute data to support Quality Engineers and relevant projects.
Ensure materials comply with engineering specifications and customer requirements.
Investigate and resolve internal and external quality issues, including supplier and customer complaints.
Interpret blueprints and understand Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
Manage records, certifications, and documentation for completed inspections.
Participate in or lead problem-solving initiatives under Quality Engineer guidance.
Coordinate with purchasing and operations teams on supplied material disposition.
Fundamental knowledge of assembly methods and processes.
GD&T and blueprint reading.
Experience using measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, optical comparators, microscopes, and similar devices.
Proficiency in reading blueprints and understanding product specifications.
Familiarity with ISO procedures and root cause analysis tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams).
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
High School Diploma or GED required. An associate’s degree in manufacturing technology is preferred.
Quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly machining and assembly.
