We are an aerospace manufacturing company seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Systems Manager to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing our quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems and processes.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and drive quality initiatives.
  • Provide training and support to staff on quality standards and best practices.
  • Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for quality-related inquiries and issues.
  • Prepare and present quality reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in quality management, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, etc.).
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, AS9100, NADCAP)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in quality management software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
