Responsibilities

Oversee quality inspection processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Conduct Measurement System Analysis (MSA) to validate measurement processes.
Manage and maintain quality control documentation and reporting.
Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
Train and mentor team members on quality standards and inspection techniques.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
Conduct regular audits and assessments of quality control procedures.
Ensure proper operation and maintenance of injection molding machines.

Qualifications

Proven experience in quality inspection, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of Measurement System Analysis (MSA) principles.
Experience with injection molding machines and processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and excellence.
Relevant certifications in quality management are a plus.
