Quality Superintendent
Overview:
According to the company's strategic objectives, through planning, execution, and optimization of quality management in the United States, ensure the implementation and maintenance of company quality standards, goals, and continuous improvement by managing incoming material inspection, supplier management, process management, customer complaint management, measurement standards management, reliability, and system module implementation. This aims to meet customer requirements, exceed customer expectations, and lead the industry..
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for guiding, training, and managing staff to enhance their business skills and effectiveness.
• Identify and cultivate employees for long-term development, focusing on nurturing local high-level talents.
• Responsible for company culture and team building to enhance employee motivation and satisfaction.
• Internal and external audits, special inspections, planning, promotion, and
corrective actions, identifying shortcomings and driving improvements.
• Construction, operation, and maintenance of quality management systems at the
base level, guiding the base.
• Review of operational system documents at the base level.
• Formulation and promotion of quality objectives at the base.
• Diagnose and analyze on-site abnormalities, and propose improvement measures and
suggestions.
• Implement corrective actions for quality issues, evaluate and verify the effectiveness of preventive measures, and standardize them.
• Develop, refine, and improve production quality operation processes and corresponding
inspection standards.
• Develop production quality control plans and ensure their effective implementation.
• Audit and statistically analyze relevant quality reports, and improve the data statistical and analysis system
• Follow up on processing process quality abnormalities and drive continuous
improvement in product quality.
• Investigate, analyze, and drive improvement of production quality incidents, while
submitting corresponding investigation and analysis reports.
• Conduct daily quality audits of manufacturing processes, organize internal quality
improvement meetings to enhance product quality.
• Organize complaint analysis and improvement
• Based on the group's quality digitalization strategy, plan, execute, and drive the implementation of base quality digitalization projects to achieve the planned objectives

The Quality Superintendent will report to the Overseas Quality Management Department and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, Process Engineering, Technology,FI,BOM,PMC,EQ and quality management systems, to achieve quality objectives.
