• The Quality Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing Quality Control and Quality Assurance in formulated lab, mechanical and shipping and manufacturing environments. This position helps guide the Team Leads to plan and assign workflow including audits, and implement policies and procedures as directed by quality manager. A key focus area of this role will be to help orchestrate the roll-out of the Amaco Quality System including the Amaco Quality Manual and associated procedures, standards and work instructions.
**Supervisory Responsibility: **
This position is responsible for performance management, dept objectives and policies as assigned by Quality Manager and applicable company policies This role will also require Paycor approvals and scheduling of PTO, vacation and weekly approval of time cards for the quality department.
Responsibilities:
Help facilitate roll out and further develop Amaco Quality System including policies, procedures, pass-fail standards, work instructions and training
Resolve employee issues through conflict and problem resolution.
Facilitate and maintain cross-departmental communication including goals and objectives
assigned by the Quality Manager.
Be responsible for NAV inventory accuracy and scrap resolution both physically and digitally
Implement standardized work (TWI), including but not limited to procedures, work Instructions, training matrices and other project priorities assigned by Quality Manager.
Help Lead A3 and Kaizen activities and report outs during virtual Gemba and Walk throughs
Perform safety audits and accident investigations as needed
Perform Layered Process Audits on departmental processes and outputs
Track attendance in Paycor including points, vacation, and PTO while developing consistent department staffing and schedule. Approve weekly timecards. Communicate with HR and Finance to resolve any issues found.
Conduct Performance and proficiency reviews as needed.

Work Environment:

• Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Hours of work are Monday through Thursday, Semi -Flex Schedule
40+ hours per week. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Minimal travel is expected for this position. < 10%
Education and Experience:
Required:
Associates degree or higher /or equivalent
4 + years of experience leading a group of people in a production environment
Preferred Experience:
Previous quality experience (management role preferred)
Experience with passing ISO/IATF/AS9100/GMP or similar quality certifications
- Proven experience participating in cross-functional teams
Experience in creating, organizing, and running a testing lab
Previous experience in LAB color values a + plus
Preferred Qualifications (any of the following):
Experience in Six Sigma, Shainin, Design of Experiments, Blackbelt Projectsand other quality tools audits and methodologies. Experience in Lean/Toyota production System, Lean, 5S, APQP, PPAP,Audits.
Microsoft Office Suite and Minitab or similar software
