Are you detail-oriented with experience in quality control and GMP environments? We're looking for a Quality Associate to join a growing team responsible for ensuring products meet the highest quality and regulatory standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working in a fast-paced environment, and collaborating with multiple departments.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, sample, and test incoming raw materials and components according to GMP guidelines.
- Perform quality inspections to ensure materials meet regulatory and customer specifications.
- Work within GMP cleanroom environments while following gowning, cleaning, and contamination control procedures.
- Identify, document, and communicate quality discrepancies or damaged materials.
- Collaborate with operations and cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
- Initiate and maintain quality documentation and records.
- Assist with investigations, error tracking, and corrective actions.
- Ensure products are properly identified, segregated, and documented when quality concerns arise.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Provide professional communication with internal teams and external customers.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1-2 years of Quality Control or Quality Assurance experience in a GMP-regulated environment required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze information and make sound quality decisions.
- Experience working in warehouse or distribution environments preferred.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in warehouse environments with varying temperatures, including refrigerated, frozen, controlled room temperature, and ambient areas.
- Ability to work on concrete floors for extended periods.
