Quality Program Senior Manager

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking a Bombers Quality Program Senior Manager to support the Mobility, Surveillance, and Bombers (MS&B) organization in Oklahoma City, OK!

This role will serve as a Quality Engineer and Senior Program Manager to lead the Bombers portfolio.

Position Responsibilities:

· Manages employees and mid-level managers performing quality engineering and technical activities on or in support of programs through all phases of the product lifecycle.

· Develops quality strategies and plans in support of new business acquisition and execution of program/business plans.

· Provides education and coaching on the Quality System.

· Acquires and manages resources, provides quality technical management and leads performance improvements.

· Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports.

· Oversees review of technical information to ensure quality and producibility.

· Manages, develops and motivates employees and mid-level managers.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

· Bachelor’s Degree or Higher

· 10+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment

· 10+ years of experience leading and managing diverse teams

· 3+ years of experience working with Defense contracts and customer requirements

· 3+ years of experience with quality tools such as APQP, EQI, RCCA

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

· 3+ years in a senior management position

· Degree in STEM

· Working experience of pertinent quality improvement tools and techniques including 8D, Six sigma, Value stream mapping and LEAN

· 10+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment

· 10+ years of experience leading and managing diverse teams

· 3+ years of experience working with Defense contracts and customer requirements

· 3+ years of experience with quality tools such as APQP, EQI, RCCA

Travel:

This position may require travel up to 10% of the time.

Summary pay range: USD: $151,300 - $204,700
