Duties: Interpret customers’ requirements, and create data documentation methods for engineers to develop, build, or test products, processes, or procedures. Extract quality-related information from the customer’s portal and evaluate production statistical data to determine quality and reliability of product. Based on quality concerns/complaints, perform numerical and qualitative analysis for root cause investigation and improvement opportunity identification. Compile warranty information, discover and share insight on product performance, and future claim trend forecasting. Keep track of the company’s quality performance index and identify opportunities for improvement in automation’s quality, cost, or efficiency. Deliver data-driven reports to multiple departments and convey information effectively. Estimate production cost and effect of product/process countermeasures on expenditures for management review, evaluation, and implement. Analyze quality-related chargeback data to help resolve customer disputes and identify the production risk. Perform process capability analysis to measure production consistency compared to average performance per customer request. Formulate sampling procedures and designs, and develop forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliable data.
Requirements: Master’s degree in Mathematics, Management, or a closely related field.
