Quality Operations Supervisor

• Shift: 2nd shift, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

• Salary: $100,000–$130,000

• Interview process: Onsite

• Contract role, W2, no health benefits. Up to December 2027

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Primarily focused on team leadership and overseeing daily operations.

• Ensuring team members complete and submit their timecards accurately.

• Managing expedite requests and ensuring the correct parts are prioritised to meet production requirements.

Key requirements:

• Strong leadership and team management experience.

• Experience overseeing production or manufacturing operations within Quality

• Knowledge of measurement systems and CMMs would be a plus

• Union aerospace manufacturing experience would be a plus

• Aerospace manufacturing is essential
