While reporting to the Manager- Regional Quality, as the Quality Manager- Plant you will be responsible for the maintenance and control of the plant’s quality testing and reporting system within the Newport, TN plant.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing development and maintenance of the quality testing/reporting system.
- Managing the specification, test methods and instruction processes.
- Performing line validations as major changes occur or new products are introduced.
- Ensure quality records are maintained.
- Provide direction to the QC’s in attaining and maintain plant quality.
This position is located in Newport, TN.
We’d love to hear from you if:
- You have a four-year degree, preferably in the sciences or engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 3-5 years’ experience as a Quality Manager
- Previous experience in the development and maintenance of a quality testing/reporting system
Compensation:
Quality Manager - Plant: The annual base salary range for this role is from $80,320 to $90,360, plus quarterly target bonus of 12.5% of base salary.
Quality Manager II - Plant: The annual base salary range for this role is from $95,280 to $107,000, plus quarterly target bonus of 12.5% of base salary.
Quality Manager III - The annual base salary range for this role is from $107,040 to $120,420, plus quarterly target bonus of 12.5% of base salary.
