The Quality Manager role will be responsible for maintaining and improving the quality expectations on our production floor, as well as assisting in building the next stage of our Quality Management System.

**Position Summary: **

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Manager to join our newly expanding Quality and Services team. The Quality Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards, adhering to preset design standards, and implementing continual improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes and quality assurance systems.
  • Analyze product specifications and performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and ensure compliance with existing standards.
  • Prepare and present quality reports to management, including metrics and recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist senior management on implementation and improvement efforts of the Quality Management System.
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives for product defects.
  • Train and mentor team members on quality standards and best practices.

  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with build requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a quality role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of quality control methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
  • Proficient in using quality tools (e.g., statistical process control, FMEA, root cause analysis) a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
