Quality Manager will develop, implement, and periodically evaluate a program to ensure the organization production operations, from raw materials to finished products, meet the quality, integrity, and efficiency standards set by the organization.
***Supervisory Responsibilities:
Directs and supervises the Quality Department and supervisory staff. (Including Lab and QC)
Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
Handles interviewing, hiring, discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
***Duties/Responsibilities
Implement the group QA/QC policy and methods.
Serve as management representative.
Lead ISO and customer audits.
Evaluates production operations from a strategic level to ensure that products meet quality, integrity, functionality, and other specifications and requirements.
Develops and implements quality standard testing and evaluation processes.
Facilitates communication among production divisions and management.
Periodically reports status of quality control and operations to executive leadership and, when required, regulatory agencies.
Ensure the facility works toward continual improvements.
Work in concert with global quality to ensure corporate objectives are achieved.
Owner of the following process and systems:
Customer complaints and Customer Quality requests. In direct contact with customers
Controlled Document center
Quality risk management.
Change control and Validation mechanism throughout facility.
Corrective and preventive actions across facility
Management reviews
NC raw materials investigations and Supplier complaints.
Laboratory and QC test and Inspection
Statistical evaluation

Strong supervisory and leadership skills. with the ability to train staff
Thorough understanding of quality standards and methodologies.
Thorough understanding of manufacturing and production in the industry.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related industrial, scientific, or business field required; Master’s degree or equivalent experience. CQM preferred.
5 to 10 years of related experience required with at least 3 years as a senior quality engineer or a team manager.
3-5 years’ experience in Nonwovens or Hygienic or Medical Device or Food industry.
