Overview

Responsible for developing and implementing quality control procedures, monitoring production processes to maintain compliance with established standards, and training employees on quality control procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control procedures
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with established standards
• Train employees on quality control procedures
• Manage the company's quality management system
• Conduct internal audits
• Communicate with customers and suppliers to resolve quality-related issues
• Identify and resolve quality problems
• Review and analyze quality data
• Develop and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with industry and government regulations

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and management skills
• Experience with quality control procedures and techniques
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Quality Management certifications is a plus
• Experience in ISO 9001 and ISO AS9100
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field is a plus
