Quality Manager (Machining/Secondary Operations)

Secondary operations, cnc machining, and heavy metal working experience needed. Min 5 years in a leadership role required. degree and certs required. Should be a fast interview process because this is a high priority role.

In this role, you will:

• Provide leadership for the Quality function within a precision manufacturing environment.

• Partner closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Operations to improve quality, process capability, and customer satisfaction.

• Help strengthen the systems, processes, and people needed to support continued organizational growth.

• Drive continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and practical problem solving.

• Support customer and supplier quality initiatives while maintaining a strong manufacturing presence.

• Develop and mentor a quality team while fostering collaboration throughout the organization.

We're interested in professionals with experience in:

• Precision machining

• Metal removal and secondary operations

• Machining of castings, forgings, or fabricated components

• Industrial manufacturing or engineered metal products

• Manufacturing quality leadership and continuous improvement
