Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to oversee quality processes in a sheet metal manufacturing environment. This position will help maintain quality standards, support production, and ensure the company remains compliant with ISO requirements.

The ideal candidate will have experience with sheet metal manufacturing, ISO standards, PPAP, and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day quality activities and processes.

• Maintain and improve the company’s ISO quality system.

• Manage PPAP documentation and customer quality requirements.

• Work closely with production to identify and resolve quality issues.

• Review drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.

• Assist with inspections, corrective actions, and root-cause analysis.

• Track quality issues and help implement corrective actions.

• Communicate with customers regarding quality concerns when needed.

• Maintain quality documentation and records.

• Train and support employees on quality procedures and requirements.

• Promote a strong quality and safety culture throughout the facility.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in quality management or quality engineering in a manufacturing environment.

• Sheet metal manufacturing experience required.

• Experience working with ISO standards, preferably ISO 9001.

• Working knowledge of PPAP requirements.

• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Experience with inspections, corrective actions, and quality documentation.

• Ability to work independently and with production teams.

Schedule

4×10 Schedule – 1st Shift

Work four 10-hour days per week, providing a consistent weekday schedule with an additional day off each week.

You should be proficient in:
