Schedule: Full-Time

Build Something Better

We're looking for a hands-on Quality Manager who knows how to build strong quality systems, lead a team, and work alongside production—not against it. This isn't a role where you'll sit behind a desk pushing paperwork. You'll be responsible for driving continuous improvement, leading audits, solving quality issues, and helping the entire operation produce better parts while keeping customers happy.

If you've managed an AS9100 quality system, enjoy mentoring inspectors, and like being out on the shop floor working with operations, we'd like to talk.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and continuously improve the company's AS9100 Quality Management System.
  • Manage the quality department, including inspectors, calibration, document control, and corrective actions.
  • Plan and lead internal and external audits while maintaining audit readiness year-round.
  • Partner with production, engineering, and leadership to solve quality issues and improve manufacturing processes.
  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions that actually prevent problems from happening again.
  • Reduce scrap, rework, customer complaints, and production delays through continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee customer quality requirements, contract reviews, and product release processes.
  • Maintain calibration programs and ensure inspection equipment stays compliant.
  • Track quality metrics and use data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Mentor and develop the quality team while building a positive, accountable culture.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience managing an AS9100 Quality Management System.
  • Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong background with internal and external audits.
  • Experience leading corrective actions, root cause investigations, and continuous improvement projects.
  • Knowledge of calibration systems, inspection processes, and quality documentation.
  • Comfortable working directly with production, engineering, customers, and auditors.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Aerospace manufacturing experience is highly preferred.

Why This Opportunity?

This is a chance to make a real impact. You'll have the support to improve systems, develop your team, and help shape the future of the quality organization. We're looking for someone who takes ownership, believes quality should support production—not slow it down—and enjoys building processes that make the entire business better.

If you're ready to lead a quality department that values continuous improvement, accountability, and teamwork, we'd love to hear from you.
