We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead our ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) and drive continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment. This leadership role partners with production, engineering, purchasing, and suppliers to ensure quality standards are met while delivering exceptional products to customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS).
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean Manufacturing and 5S.
• Develop and maintain quality procedures, controls, and documentation.
• Monitor quality metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Purchasing and suppliers to establish and maintain quality standards.
• Lead internal and external audits and serve as the primary contact for customer and third-party auditors.
• Investigate quality issues using root cause analysis and oversee corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Support new product launches through the APQP process.
• Lead and develop Quality Technicians while training employees on quality systems and best practices.
• Prepare quality reports and communicate performance metrics to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or a related technical field preferred.
• 5+ years of quality management or quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing an ISO 9001-certified Quality Management System.
• Strong knowledge of quality tools, root cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with APQP required. Experience with PPAP, FMEA, SPC, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, technical writing, and problem-solving skills.
• ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) certification preferred.
