Byron Products is a thermal processor in the aerospace, medical, automotive, defense, commercial, OEM, and power generation industries. We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join our team.
The Quality Manager will develop and maintain systems, rules, and processes to ensure customer satisfaction and fulfillment of internal and external requirements. You will need to take preventive measures to ensure that projects and products are capable and will meet specified standards. Requires mastery of a body of theoretical knowledge.
+ Essential Job Functions
Provide timely root cause analyses and solutions to customers.
Schedule and lead meetings on quality requirements and industry standard reviews.
Ensure compliance with customer quality requirements and drive continuous improvement.
Assist in training employees on quality principles, AS9100, NADCAP, customer requirements, and company practices, including onboarding of new hires.
Instill a culture of compliance with technical requirements, including proper dispositioning and corrective action analysis for product and process discrepancies.
Collaborate with executive management to develop and implement company policies, procedures, and goals.
Review technical and procedural challenges across departments and recommend improvements
+ Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or minimum of 5 years of quality experience).
Minimum of 3 years in a Quality Management role
Experience working with regulatory bodies in the aviation industry (e.g., NADCAP, AS9100).
Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Effective interpersonal and leadership capabilities.

Onboarding and Safety Training are paid at your standard hourly rate and will be required before preforming further work duties. Policies are presented at onboarding.
